Once you've signed up (register here) and your account has been approved, you'll be able to log in and view prices at our shop.
Once you've filled out the registration form, your account will be pending review. A representative will look over your information, and if all looks good, you'll be activated.
Upon activation, you'll immediately receive an email to notify you, then you'll be able to log in to place orders. Approval doesn't take long, in fact if you've submitted your form during business hours - 10am - 4pm EST - you'll usually receive your activation notification within 10 minutes. If submitted outside business hours, you should receive notification by the first business day morning.

Upon checking out when placing your order, you'll have multiple shipping options to choose from, though the default is ground. Ground is shipped via FedEx Ground, and transit time takes 4-6 business days within the USA, though it can arrive sooner depending on the distance (our fulfillment center is located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL).
Due to COVID-19, delays in shipping may occur. If you would like to check on your package, you can log in and pull up your Order under your Documents to view the tracking number. If you need further assistance with tracking, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
