Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card are accepted at time of shipment only. All payments are due in U.S. Dollars. These terms and conditions supersede any prior Lipsmart terms and conditions.

All shipments may ship via UPS, FedEx or common carrier per your request. (Products over 60 pounds and/or bulky products are generally shipped via common carrier.) Same day shipment is generally available on most in-stock products if orders are received by Lipsmart before 3 p.m. central time. Expedited order express service, air freight and other premium shipping services are also available at additional costs. All shipping costs and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Lipsmart prepays shipping charges and adds them to your invoice for orders shipped via UPS and FedEx.  Shipments via other common carriers are shipped freight collect.  Inspect all shipments and report any shortages or damages to the delivering carrier immediately.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Prices do not include shipping; duties; handling charges (if any); federal, state and local taxes. Call Lipsmart to inquire about the availability of volume and/or quantity discounts. Prices are not guaranteed and are subject to change without notice. 

We do not have a minimum order. Combine your needs to minimize your charges.

All products provided by and through Lipsmart are provided "as is" and with all faults. Special orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Except for special orders, all new, unused and undamaged product may be returned to Lipsmart within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a refund, replacement or credit to the original purchaser of the amount paid. Please call Lipsmart at 1-888-859-6399 for return product information prior to shipping the product(s) to Lipsmart. The purchaser shall bear the cost of shipping and insurance on product(s) returned.

All information provided by Lipsmart and on Lipsmart's website is subject to change without notice. Lipsmart shall in no event be liable to the original purchaser, its customers or to any other person or organization using or involving products purchased from  for loss of use, lost profits, inconvenience, property damage, personal injury or death arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, delay, negligence, strict tort liability or otherwise. IN NO EVENT AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL LIPSMART BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES. The entire liability of Lipsmart for any claim of loss, damage or expense from any cause whatsoever shall in no event exceed, at Lipsmart's option, the repair, replacement cost or purchase price paid for the product purchased from Lipsmart which directly gives rise to the claim. No action or proceeding against Lipsmart may be commenced more than twelve (12) months after the product from Lipsmart is initially shipped to the original purchaser.

Lipsmart Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to or application of conflicts or law rules and principles. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect its intent and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect. 

Lipsmart respects the privacy of every individual who visits our website. We will not provide personal information to third parties for their commercial use. It is your responsibility to keep Lipsmart user ID's and passwords which access Lipsmart account information confidential. You can use the Lipsmart.com website to change your Lipsmart account password. In some cases we may collect information about your IP addresses to help identify and analyze trends and statistics. This information is only used for the business purposes of Lipsmart. If you have submitted personally identifiable information through Lipsmart's website and would like that information deleted from our records, please email us.
